The Hirose Electric FH28 series FFC/FPC connectors are a high-density, high-reliability interconnect solution designed for precision electronics. Featuring a surface-mount, right-angle construction, the series supports 80-pin positions, 0.50mm pitch, and is compatible with 0.30mm-thick FFC/FPC flex cable for compact circuit designs.The FH28 series is equipped with a swivel locking mechanism, and supports a Zero-Insertion-Force (ZIF) design to ensure easy installation and provide a stable, reliable connection. The contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the rated current is 0.5A, the rated voltage is 50V, and the connector can be operated stably from -40°C to 105°C. The connector is also halogen-free and can be used in a wide range of applications. In addition, the connectors are made of halogen-free Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), which meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating and is environmentally friendly and durable.
