Hirose Electric's TF13BA series is a FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) connector designed for high-density, compact applications, with a pitch of only 0.40mm and equipped with 6 contacts, suitable for cables with a FPC thickness of 0.20mm. The product uses surface mount, right-angle installation, with a board height of only 0.88mm, making it very suitable for portable electronic devices with strict height requirements. The TF13BA series features a reversible backlock structure, supports zero insertion force (ZIF) operation, easy insertion and removal, and a firm connection. Its slot-type cable end and fixed welding tail design improve installation stability and vibration resistance, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze electroplated with gold, with excellent conductivity, rated current of 0.5A, voltage of 50V, and operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C, meeting various application needs in industrial and consumer electronics. The housing and actuator are both made of black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) material, with UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, environmentally friendly and durable.
