The TF13BA series is a high-density, ultra-thin FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) connector introduced by Hirose Electric Co Ltd, designed for electronic devices with extremely high requirements for thinness and miniaturization. This product is a surface mount, right-angled type with 9 pins, a pitch of only 0.40mm, compatible with FPC thickness of 0.20mm, and a board height of only 0.88mm, effectively saving space. The TF13BA uses a bottom contact and Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design, combined with a back locking flip locking mechanism, making it easy to operate, securely connected, and significantly enhancing assembly efficiency and reliability. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze, providing good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Both the housing and the actuator are made of black halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP), compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, ensuring safe use. This series has a rated voltage of 50V, current of 0.5A, operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C, and supports 20 mating cycles, widely applicable to smart wearable devices, mobile terminals, medical equipment, and other high-precision electronic applications.
