This series features a 0.50mm pitch design, supporting 16-way FFC and FPC flexible cables, and has surface mount installation and vertical single-sided contact layout, effectively improving PCB flexibility and space utilization. The TF38 series employs zero insertion force (ZIF) design, combined with a trigger locking structure, which simplifies insertion and removal operations and enhances connection reliability. The connector contacts are made of phosphor bronze and are gold plated with a thickness of 0.03µm, ensuring excellent conductivity and durability. Both the housing and actuator are made of high-performance liquid crystal polymer (LCP) materials, conforming to the UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, ensuring usage safety. The product has a rated voltage of 50V, a rated current of 0.5A, an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and supports at least 20 mating cycles, and is widely applicable in consumer electronics, industrial control, and other fields.
