This series supports 0.40mm pitch and 10-position FPC, utilizing surface mount, right-angle installation, bottom contact design, and board height of only 0.88mm, effectively saving space and meeting the design requirements of ultra-thin terminal products. The TF13BA series features zero insertion force (ZIF) and backflip locking mechanism, simplifying operation while ensuring connection stability. Its contacts are made of high-performance phosphor bronze material and coated with 0.050µm gold plating, enhancing conductivity and durability. Both the housing and actuator are made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) material, complying with UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, ensuring high safety. The product has a rated voltage of 50V, a rated current of 0.5A, a wide operating temperature range (-55°C to 85°C), and supports at least 20 mating cycles, widely used in portable devices, wearable devices, and other miniaturized electronic products.
