The series uses a 0.50mm pitch and 18-pin configuration, compatible with FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm, supporting vertical single-sided connection, and boasts excellent electrical performance and mechanical stability. The TF38 series features zero insertion force (ZIF) design and trigger lock structure, effectively enhancing assembly ease and connection reliability, suitable for frequent insertion and removal scenarios. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze, with excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, with a surface plating thickness of up to 0.03µm. The housing and actuator are made of high-performance liquid crystal polymer (LCP), compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, suitable for operating environments of -40°C to 85°C, and widely used in consumer electronics, medical equipment, and industrial control fields.
