Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH28K series FFC/FPC connectors are high-performance, high-density surface mount connectors specifically designed for electronic devices with limited space and high reliability requirements. The series uses a 0.50mm pitch, 40-pin configuration, supports FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm, and features bottom contacts and right-angle installation methods. The board height is only 2.54mm, making it easy to implement compact wiring designs. The FH28K series is equipped with a trigger lock mechanism and fixed welding tail design, enhancing assembly stability and connection reliability, particularly suitable for high-frequency plugging and unplugging and vibration environments. The contacts are made of gold-plated copper alloy material with a plating thickness of up to 0.03µm, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The housing and actuator are made of halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP), meeting the UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade, and supporting a wide working temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The FH28K series is widely used in fields such as vehicle electronics, industrial control, and consumer electronics, where strict requirements are placed on connection stability and environmental adaptability.
